Operations Manager

I worked at a Y Combinator-funded tech startup and its two co-founders are simply bad. While the CEO is very talented technically, they both have poor communication skills. Their management style is one of extreme control when it comes to how they want their employees to do their jobs, while the co-founders have no professional experience, training, or education in this field. They demand superior performance by everyone, while paying $13 per hour in many cases, without offering any health or retirement benefits. There's a lot of employee turnover. It's not uncommon for new employees to leave or be fired within their first 3 months. And many people who've been here longer than that have quit.
